Under the CCPA/CPRA, for California residents, we must disclose whether we “sell” or “share” personal information, and offer opt-out mechanisms.
5. Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Public / User-Visible Content: business listings, reviews, and comments are public.

6. Retention, Minimization, and Deletion
We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Under PIPEDA, we limit retention, use, and disclosure to what is necessary, and delete data when no longer needed.
7. Data Security & Safeguards
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aimed at protecting personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we take these measures, no electronic system is fully immune to threats.
Under PIPEDA, organizations must ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with sensitivity of data.
