The Guildford Islamic Cultural Center (GICC), also known as the Guildford Musallah, is a vibrant and welcoming community hub located in the heart of Surrey, British Columbia. It is dedicated to nurturing a strong and inclusive Muslim community by providing a space for prayer, education, and spiritual and social engagement for people of all ages.
Since its inception over 15 years ago, GICC has grown from a small rented space into one of the largest Muslim societies in the Metro Vancouver region. With an active community that often overflows its current facilities, GICC is now working to build an expanded, state-of-the-art center to serve the needs of a new generation.

Youth & Education Centre (GICC 2.0): A new facility was opened in 2025 to expand dedicated programming for Muslim youth.

Mental Health Support: Professional, faith-informed counseling for Muslim youth aged 13–24 struggling with stress, identity, and other challenges.

Ibn Mas'ood Madrasah: An educational program offering comprehensive Islamic education for children.

Youth Sports: Weekly sports sessions providing physical and mental activities in a safe environment.

High Engagement: Known for its lively atmosphere, especially during Ramadan and Eid, often utilizing parking lot tents to accommodate large crowds.

Spiritual and educational focus
Provides a clean and welcoming space for daily prayers and congregational Friday (Jumu'ah) prayers. Regular talks and events featuring guest speakers to inspire and educate the community.
