Mohammed Jan Fahim started in the Financial Industry with Ist Republic Mortagage Bankers back in July of 1998 as a Loan Officer. Gradually he got promoted to vice president of sales. He has attended numerous Short Financial Courses, received many distinguished Awards and Accolades and has expertise in in FHA 203B, 203k ( rehabilitation Loan) Reverse Mortgage for Seniors, VA Loans and Conventional Loans.

He administers a Home Buyers Seminars in various Communities in order to educate Customers. Mortgage lending has become increasingly challenging and difficult to understand this days.
