Rajvinder is an experienced corporate attorney and is a Partner at Inventus Law. She specializes in emerging technology companies with a focus on general corporate governance, equity financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.  She also focuses on counseling emerging technology companies from India on corporate structuring, employment and general corporate laws of India, and has represented 100’s of founders and investors from India.

Rajvinder has counseled and assisted startups from various parts of the world, including the United Kingdom, South America, Nigeria, Norway, UAE, and Turkey to set up operations in the US.  She has also represented as general counsel a number of emerging technology companies.

She began her legal career as an attorney in New Delhi, India where she practiced civil litigation for a number of years at the High Court of Delhi.  While at law school at Georgetown University, she interned at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington D.C. in the telecommunications department.
