Deepika K. Sivia - Lawyer, Langley, BC

Deepika began her legal journey in 2017 by gaining experience as a legal assistant and paralegal in civil litigation, personal injury, wills and estates, and real estate law. Deepika earned her law degree from the University of Leicester and served as a volunteer with the university’s pro bono society for ‘AMICUS USA’, an organization advocating for those who received the death penalty due to lacking proper legal representation. After receiving her law degree, Deepika completed her articles in family law, child protection, and child custody in Kelowna, BC, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.

Deepika now focuses her practice on a broad range of family law issues, including parenting arrangements, guardianship, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and child protection. She also advises on probate, estate litigation, contract disputes, and other civil litigation cases—providing a comprehensive approach to clients. She has represented her clients in both the Provincial Courts and the Supreme Court of BC.
