Description

ISKCON Hawaii is a peaceful spiritual oasis in Honolulu dedicated to Lord Krishna and the practice of Bhakti Yoga. It belongs to the Gaudiya-Vaishnava tradition and promotes spiritual education based on ancient Vedic teachings. The temple was established after the founder of ISKCON, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, visited Hawaii and translated Vedic literature there in the 1970s.
