Myra Farooqi is a litigation associate in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters. These include antitrust, government investigations, and contract disputes. She has experience across all stages of litigation. Ms. Farooqi also represents clients in matters against the Department of Justice. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2023. While in law school, she was active in the Moot Court and Trial Practice Honors Boards. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2018. Before joining Kirkland & Ellis as an associate in September 2023, she was a summer associate at the firm. She is an active member of the State Bar of California.
