The Ahlul Bayt Mosque, also known as the Islamic Guidance Center, was a significant Shia (Jafari) mosque and the city's oldest Shia masjid in Brooklyn. It was located in a converted two-story building on Atlantic Avenue, a street known for its Muslim-owned shops. The center aimed to spread the message of humanity, morals, and faith as taught by the family of the Prophet Muhammad.
