Dr. Shilpi Gupta - Lee Family Dentistry - Mechanicsville, VA

Dr. Shilpi Gupta is a general dentist. Born and raised in India, she received her first dental degree and worked there as a dentist before moving to the USA to pursue further education in dentistry. She subsequently received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia and has been a practicing general dentist since then.

Dr. Gupta’s interests lie in general dentistry as she enjoys the entirety of her patient’s treatment process. Her goal is to educate patients as she believes that the needs of each patient are different and that there are no cookie-cutter treatment options. In the age of evidence-based dentistry, she keeps herself updated through continuing education courses and believes that being a lifelong learner ensures that her patients get the most current treatment and technology applications.
