Aisha Naveed - Lawyer, Vancouver, BC

Lawyer Aisha Naveed received her law degree from Brunel University in Uxbridge, England, and then spent some time in the UK as a legal assistant before coming to Canada.

Prior to practicing as a lawyer, Aisha worked in several HR roles, including: Volunteer Coordinator for Interval Home in Lloydminster, Alberta, a place providing shelter and crisis management for at-risk women and their families. From there, she moved to North Vancouver, where she worked as a Recruiter for Northshore Insulations for a few years.

Lawyer Aisha Naveed’s main area of practice is in family law. She has successfully represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Aisha cares about her clients and understands that they need the best representation to navigate sensitive issues such as separation, divorce, child and spousal support, division of assets and parenting time. She has experience with the emotional issues that arise during family law cases and is well equipp with assisting clients through the complex legal system.  She also practices in the areas of wills and estates, probate and employment law.
