Amit Grover serves as Assistant Vice President in the Washington, D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc and has been with the company since 2012. He specializes in sales and leasing with a focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout the Greater DC Metropolitan region. He has exclusive experience with both large nationally branded companies as well as small private clients, and can navigate both landscapes with deft.

Institutional and regional clients he has represented over the years include PNC Bank, Avis Budget Group, William & Mary Foundation, Georgia Tech Research Institute, Urban Investment Partners, CW & Sons, Jamestown Group, Mooring Financial Corporation & Zuckerman Gravely.

Prior to Divaris, Amit served as a leasing agent and property manager for Farina Real Estate Services, where he managed and leased commercial as well as residential real estate totaling over 300,000 square feet. Amit has since shifted his focus to primarily retail, office and light industrial properties.

Amit is bilingual in Hindi and English. He holds a Real Estate License in MD, DC and VA. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Amit is Argus Enterprise ASC certified and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
