Description
Ani Bakre is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on various complex commercial litigation matters. He also has experience in intellectual property disputes and breach of contract cases. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2023. While there, he was a Chicago-Kent College of Law Certificate recipient in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He also served as the Comment Editor for the University of Chicago Legal Forum. Before law school, he earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He graduated magna cum laude in 2020. He is an active member of the State Bar of Illinois.
