Diya works in the corporate team at Inventus, bringing extensive experience in advising both Indian and international corporations across various sectors, including IT, consumer goods, automotive, and education. Her expertise spans a wide range of legal areas, such as corporate commercial laws, foreign exchange regulations, labor laws, family laws, education laws, and trust laws.

Prior to joining Inventus, Diya worked at a leading Indian law firm, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate advisory matters. She holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi and an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
Outside of work, Diya enjoys reading, cooking, and baking and is learning to crochet. She is fluent in both English and Hindi.
