Originally from India, Dr. Vij immigrated to the U.S. at age 16. He is a dual-specialist who understands the anxiety children and parents often feel. He is known for his calm manner and thorough diagnostic acumen. Beyond practice, he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois (UIC), where he teaches residents.

 Dr. Vij was awarded the Roger Adams Scholarship in Chemistry, Distinction in Research and a Deans List during his bachelor of science in Biology.
