Located near the University of Kansas campus, the Islamic Center of Lawrence (ICL)
is a welcoming hub for the area's Muslim community, uniting a diverse congregation since 1979. The center began with the Muslim Students Association (MSA) in 1962 and has grown to be a central part of the community, serving the spiritual, educational, and social needs of Muslims and engaging with people of all faiths.
