Navdip Chhabra was born and raised in Surrey, B.C., and called to the British Columbia Bar in February 2022.

Navdip practices exclusively in criminal defence, vehemently advocating for clients facing a wide range of criminal charges. He appears regularly in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, approaching each matter with strategic insight, thorough preparation, and unwavering commitment to protecting his clients’ rights. He also serves as a director at large with the Surrey Bar Association, contributing to the legal community beyond his practice.

He represents clients in matters including domestic assault, uttering threats, impaired driving, drug offences, and serious indictable offences. His careful, results-oriented approach ensures that clients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout every stage of the criminal justice process.

He also has extensive experience handling administrative and regulatory matters involving RoadSafety BC, ICBC breach investigations, Immediate and Administrative Driving Prohibitions, and traffic ticket disputes.
