I have been licensed with the Virginia, Maryland, and DC Boards of Rea Estate for over 20 years.  I have assisted clients purchase, sell, and lease their primary residence, their business locations, and investment properties.  I serve as their real estate consultant to build their asset portfolios of income producing properties, assist them with their 1031 exchanges and set up management practices for operating and managing their portfolios.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to serve loyal clients over the years.  Their loyalty has provided me the motivation to equip myself with the tools and expertise to deliver over and above their expectations and deliver returns on their investments far in excess of their stock portfolios.  Of the last 10 years their returns are so high it would be an unfair comparison to the stock market which has averaged almost no return.

My investment analysis and management expertise are the result of my years of experience in the field and the related education from the CCIM Institute and my graduate program at George Washington University focused on Economic Analysis, Construction Management, Finance, Entrepreneurial Management and Economics.

Previous to my real estate career, I was a Spacecraft Engineer working on the Landsat IV & Landsat V project for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.  My education completed is a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
