Saad is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Prior to becoming an associate, he summered and articled with Richards Buell Sutton. Saad maintains a broad commercial litigation practice and has appeared before all levels of court in B.C.

Saad placed in the top 10% of his first year law school class at Thomson Rivers University and, during his second year, was a Teaching Assistant for Property Law. In addition to strong academics, Saad took an active role in various student activities, including serving as an executive member of the Pan-Asian Law Students Society and serving as the chair of Operations for the Annual TRU Society of Law Students Conference in 2022.
