Samarpreet works as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Samarpreet provides strategic legal counsel to businesses and companies in technology on a wide range of corporate matters, including company formation, venture capital and growth equity financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She also helps companies in their ongoing corporate governance matters.

Samarpreet is a LL.M. graduate from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law) and is admitted under the State Bar of California.
