Before beginning his legal career, Saurabh spent years working across the real estate development and construction industries. As a development and project manager for a major developer, he worked alongside engineers, architects and city planners on large-scale, mixed-use and high-density commercial projects. His experience includes multi-family developments, commercial retail centres, land assemblies and new subdivisions. He was also actively involved on construction sites as a site foreman, overseeing trades, coordinating with inspectors and ensuring building code compliance. This broad, hands-on background gives Saurabh a practical understanding of the challenges developers face and the complexities of real estate projects.
