Shahwar Akbar - Lawyer, Mississauga, ON

Lawyer Shahwar Akbar is a founder lawyer of OWS Law. He was called to the bar of Ontario in 2017 after completing his LLB Hons. at the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Philosophy and Psychology. He articled with Ryerson University’s General Counsel Office through the Law Practice Program in 2016.

Lawyer Shahwar Akbar is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Canadian Muslims Lawyers’ Association. Beyond his legal prowess, Shahwar enjoys playing cricket, traveling the world, golfing, swimming. And has a passion for reading and writing.
