Founded in 1977, it serves the largest Shia community in California by providing a platform for spiritual devotion, social integration, and self-development. Its mission is built on the "Two Precious Things"—the Noble Qur’an and the Ahl al-Bayt—fostering a welcoming environment that bridges diverse cultures and languages.
