The Sikh Gurdwara San Jose, located at 3636 Gurdwara Ave, San Jose, CA 95148, is a spiritual and cultural cornerstone of Silicon Valley. Founded in 1984, it holds the distinction of being the largest Gurdwara in North America and one of the largest in the world outside of India.

Free Medical Clinic: The Guru Nanak Medical Clinic

Scholarships: The Gurdwara Committee manages scholarship programs for Sikh students pursuing teaching credentials, journalism, and four-year degrees.
Open Access: The facility is open to the public seven days a week from 4 AM to 9 PM (some services virtually 24 hours) for prayer, reflection, and community meals.
Architecture & Viewpoint: Perched on 40 acres in the Evergreen neighborhood, the hilltop location offers panoramic views of Silicon Valley and San Jose city lights.
Inclusive Facilities: The complex features a massive pillar-less main hall capable of seating thousands of worshippers.
Visitor Amenities: Includes wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, and seating. Complimentary head coverings are provided at the entrance for those who do not bring their own.
