Tushaar was born in Zambia, Africa, and moved to Florida when he turned 5 years old. After moving from Zambia, his family moved to Winter Park, Florida, and he remained an Orlando local resident until heading to the University of Florida to receive a Bachelor of Arts. Thereafter, he returned to Orlando and attended Florida A & M Law School. After passing the Bar Exam, he began his practice and strives to serve your legal needs.
