Varun Dhaul - Lawyer, Vancouver, BC

Varun is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group, advising clients out of both the Vancouver and Surrey offices.

His practice focuses on business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance and employment matters. Varun routinely assists clients, including investors and entrepreneurs, with all aspects of their businesses such as incorporations, shareholder agreements, other key contracts and daily operational matters across a wide-variety of industries. Varun has a keen interest in technology, and is a member of the firm’s Technology and Innovation Group. In addition to his corporate and commercial work, Varun also assists clients with real estate transactions.

Varun gained experience in business prior to becoming a lawyer. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Victoria with a specialization in Service Management, studied finance and management on an exchange program in Poland, and was an analyst in the commercial real estate and fintech sectors.
