Vrinda S. Jagan is the founder and principal attorney of The Jagan Law Firm, PLLC (since August 2013), based in Queens (Richmond Hill / Jamaica), New York. She began her legal career in workers’ compensation, personal injury and large-firm practice but founded her own general practice to focus on immigration, criminal, matrimonial/family, real estate, wills, etc. She is know for her commitment to provid affordable, honest, and compassionate legal representation. She especially helps clients with immigration (including VAWA, naturalization, removal defense, waivers, etc.), victims of domestic violence, and underserved communities. Her reputation is on transparency, treat clients with care, and community involvement. Vrinda is also the granddaughter of former Guyana presidents Dr. Cheddi B. Jagan and Janet Jagan, which contributes to her sense of public service and community orientation.
